ALPHA FIREGUARD 3 is a flexible mat designed for fire protection of metal ventilation ducts (according to EN 1366-1) in case of external fire. The product consists of a stone wool cushion attached to a metal mesh. The outer half is covered with wire-reinforced aluminium foil, while the inner half is covered with glass wool fabric treated with an ablative substance. Thanks to its only 30 mm thickness, this pillow is also easy to install on curved profiles and does not load support rods that are certified without additional protection.

INTU FR MORTAR is a plaster-based fire protection mixture (20 kg). The purpose of using the fire barrier mixture is to restore the fire resistance of rigid walls and floor structures where they are pierced by various communications – different types of cables and metal pipes. INTU FR MORTAR is supplied as dry material and is mixed with water before installation according to the required ratio. When mixed, it is self-propelled in the wall orientation, but in case of floor installation it needs support – mineral wool plate. The mortar efficiently fills openings in service openings, ensuring the bulkhead maintains its integrity and insulation until NO 240.

INTU FR GRAPHITE is an insulating and expandable mass based on graphite intended for fire-resistant sealing of combustible pipes and small and medium-sized openings. It is used to compress electrical cables, coaxial cables, fiber optic cables and bouquets of air conditioners copper. The mass efficiently fills the gaps around service openings, ensuring that the bulkhead retains the integrity and insulation of the fire resistance class up to EI120 (the details correspond to the reference documents). At high temperatures (approx. 140 ˚ C), the mass expands and closes the opening, preventing the spread of the fire.

NTU FR COAT A is a one-component fire protection paint designed to seal fire protection passageways and expansion joints with fire resistance class up to NO 240. In the fireplace and due to high temperatures, the product has an endothermic reaction. The paint absorbs large amounts of heat, slowing the effect of fire on structural elements. The product is used in combination with a mineral wool plate with a density of at least 150 kg/m ³ and a minimum thickness of 60 mm for sealing ducts and a density of at least 50 kg/m ³ for sealing linear joints. Finished/prepared fire protection panels INTU FR BOARD A are also available.
