In the case of an enterprise with a major hazard category A, the risk assessment shall form part of the safety report.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Requirements for the risk assessment of the enterprise are set out in the Minister of Economic Affairs and infrastructure<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.riigiteataja.ee\/akt\/119022019018#para2\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">02.02.2016.a Regulation No 18 'requirements for mandatory documents of enterprises with dangerous and major hazards and their preparation and information to the public and notification of accidents<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">1<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">'in \u00a7 2<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The undertaking shall submit the risk assessment to the Consumer Protection and Technical regulatory Authority for approval, who shall submit it to the Rescue Board. The risk assessment shall be approved by the Tarbijakaitse ja Tehnilise J\u00e4relevalve Amet in cooperation with the Rescue Board.
