Finnish type SO1 and SO2 have strong metal explosion and gas-resistant shelter doors, with optional fragmentation protection available. These doors are designed in accordance with Finnish standards for civil protection shelters<\/p>\n

    The door sheet is made of a single-layer metal plate 20 mm or 30 mm thick (optional \u2013 other options available on a bespoke basis)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Standard measures: 900 \u00d7 2000 mm<\/strong> and 1200 \u00d7 2000 mm<\/strong> (can also be made in the measures requested by the contracting entity)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Construction tolerates 200 kN\/m \u00b2 (2 bar)<\/strong> blast wave pressure, according to Finnish shelter standards<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Hinges and locking mechanism withstand explosion forces and setbacks<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Shock barriers have been added to the door to make it durable until 30 g<\/strong> for impact loads<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Door closed gas resistant<\/strong>, in order to prevent the entry of dangerous gases and to enable sheltering overpressurisation<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n
