INTU FR UNICOAT fire protection system consists of fire protection paint (INTU FR UNICOAT P) and mineral wool. It is designed to protect non-flammable pipes, cables and fiber optics passageways. The paint forms a coating on the surface that expands due to high temperatures, forming a protective barrier to the surface of a mineral wool plate that needs compaction. The coating protects service installations through the bulkhead up to fire resistance class NO 120 (details in the conformity documents).

Fire plate INTU FR BOARD A it consists of a mineral wool plate with a density of 150 kg/m ³ and a thickness OF 60 mm, coated on one side with the ablative colour INTU FR COAT A. THE product package is designed to seal FIRE protection passageways and prepare fire expansion joints to FIRE resistance class NO 240. In the fireplace and due to high temperatures, endothermic reactions occur in the product. The paint absorbs heat, significantly slowing the effect of fire on structural elements.
Fire foam - INTU FR FOAM 2K

INTU FR FOAM 2K there is a swelling fire foam made of polyurethane, with additives to ensure fire protection. It is used for fireproof sealing of openings around cable enclosures, cable harnesses, combustible and non-combustible pipes. After application, it reacts and increases its volume. In case of fire, the two-component foam prevents the spread of fire and smoke in fire-resistant partitions.

INTU FR WRAP is made from graphite-based material. The material expands under high temperatures (about 140 °C) and fills the entire room that occurs after combustible installations burn. Fire restraining cuff INTU FR COLLAR it consists of a flexible inner part made of graphite-based material and an outer shell made of steel sheet 1,0 mm thick, protected by a rust-resistant red coat of paint. There is a locking mechanism attached to the steel shell designed to secure the ends and stabilize the tube, as well as mounting consoles that attach the circle to the bulkhead.
