Fire safety inspection

As of March 2021, owners of major office buildings, industrial and warehouse buildings and garages will have to hold a fire safety review. The inspection shall be carried out once every three years and the person conducting the inspection shall enter the data in the fire safety inspection portal.  Fire safety inspection must be carried out: 
  • in an office building with a surface area exceeding 750 m2 
  • industrial and storage buildings with an area exceeding 1000 m2 
  • garage with a surface area exceeding 1000 m2
Only a fire safety specialist level 5 or a person with a fire safety expert level 6 invitation can perform the inspection.  The price of the service includes 1 hour of specialist work during which further activity is mapped and valued according to the actual work volume. 

Local government crisis manager

Local government crisis manager the service is intended for local authorities to support the existing crisis team and to ensure regulatory obligations in resolving emergencies or crises. The crisis manager is an external partner who consults and helps local governments to orientate themselves in sector-specific regulations, best practices in crisis preparedness, the choice of cooperation partners, documentation and policy-making. Our external representative supports and represents the customer to the extent and under the conditions agreed in advance. With a cooperation agreement of at least 12 months, it is possible to assign the representative a job title which is compatible with the client's structure and the right of representation of the supervisory board (Tööinspektsioon, Päästeamet, etc.). The customer pays for the consulting service based on the current hourly rate. Fire safety management

Fire safety management is a convenient and compact service that ensures the daily safety of a building or object through continuous operation control and specialist service. The customer will be able to customise the services that are suitable for them and will perform monthly, quarterly and annual maintenance or specialist activities in a timely and high-quality manner. With the administrative service, we represent the customer during a visit to the Rescue Board, insurance companies or other audits and, if necessary, prepare expert assessments. The service is suitable for commercial and production buildings of all sizes, the public sector, military facilities, ports and heritage protected buildings. All activities shall be documented by means of acts or other documents in use.
Only a valid fire safety specialist level 5 may provide the service; or fire safety expert level 6 a person with professional qualifications and an administrative service can be combined with THE services of A SHEQ specialist.

Fire safety audit

  • assessment of activities to eliminate or reduce risk;
