HDB anti-shock grate

HDB anti-shock grate protects important infrastructure by preventing blast waves from penetrating ventilation systems. Closes immediately when a shock wave is detected and opens automatically after the situation returns to normal (also manually opened). Made of stainless steel, it is also suitable for explosive zones (ATEX zone 1, 2, 21, 22).

Main characteristics:

  • Tested in shock tube until 6 bar pressure.

  • Resistance to corrosion (1,440 hours in salt spray test).

  • Self-activated closing and opening mechanism.

  • Available on a custom scale up to 2000 × 2400 mm.

  • Certified for use in hazardous environments.

PRV pressure difference control valves

PRV valves regulate the persistent pressure difference between connected spaces (e.g. air locks, shielding sections). They ensure balanced air flow and maintain the prescribed excess pressure level.

Main characteristics:

  • Professional solution for air locks and protected spaces.

  • Compact design – easy to integrate into existing ventilation systems.

  • Corrosion resistant materials provide a long life span.

Shock wave overpressure valve BVNO

BVNC overpressure valves are usually closed and open automatically only when internal excess pressure needs to be released. They provide important protection against internal overpressure caused by the explosion, while maintaining hermeticity under normal conditions.

Main characteristics:

  • Keeps excess pressure under control by automatically releasing excess air.

  • Running from pressure 50 Pa.

  • Available in different sizes according to the need for air flow.

BVNO air valve open in normal

BVNO automatic, normal valves are designed to be installed in ventilation openings to protect indoor areas from the effects of destructive blast waves. These valves are specially designed to provide ventilation while providing protection against unexpected overhead pressures. In normal condition, these valves are open, allowing continuous air flow, but in the event of an explosion automatically close to protect the interior.

Main characteristics:

  • A wide range of blast valves for different air currents. BVNO series contains valves with air flow between 50-2900 m ³/h (for one valve, multiple valves can be installed in case of increased air flow).

  • Rear pressure tolerance > 900 kPa (9 bar).

  • Very durable – withstand heat and corrosion.

  • Normally open blast valves can be equipped with a dust prefilter to remove dust particles and a special housing to direct air.

  • Operating temperature -20 - +70 °C
  • Mechanical strength not exceeding 12 g

CO and CO2 removal system ARC

CO and CO2 ARC system there are carbon dioxide (CO ₂) and carbon monoxide (CO) extraction systems. The systems offer a modular design that allows one or more CO ₂ or CO filters to be connected to a fan to circulate air in a shield and remove carbon dioxide or carbon monoxide from it.

Main characteristics:

  • Modular design for flexible installation in different sizes of shelters

  • Efficient removal of carbon dioxide from air

  • Can be installed as an independent unit or as part of larger air treatment systems

  • Specially designed for civil protection shelters and protected areas.

Ventilation system filters AFU type CO

AFU type CO there are filters designed to filter carbon monoxide in ARC and AFU filter systems

Main characteristics:

  • Efficient CO-gas filtration with minimum air flow resistance g
  • Long life and simple filter change
  • Compatible with AFU air treatment equipment
  • Designed for extreme operation

Ventilation system filters AFU type CO2

AFU type CO2 there are filters designed to filter carbon dioxide in ARC or AFU RC filter systems

Main characteristics:

  • CO2 absorbing filters

  • A wide range of filters with high absorption capacity

NSVL type ventilation system filters AFU RC

AFU RC are CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear) filters designed to be installed in standard Soviet-era filter kits or to replace old filters. The connection type allows easy exchange and integration into existing systems. AFU RC Series includes AFU RC 100, AFU RC 300.

Main characteristics:

  • New and improved design

  • Low pressure loss

  • SI 4570 certified activated carbon filters; and H14 HEPA filters

  • Possibility to be retrofitted to existing systems

Ventilation system filters AFU

AFU are CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear) filters designed to meet modern civil protection standards and norms such as SI 4570 (Israel), Ukrainian norms and norms of other countries. These filters can be used in different ARC type CBRN air filtration systems or to reinstall existing ventilation and filtration systems or replace filters to remove chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear pollutants from the air AFU Series includes AFU 36, AFU 180, AFU 240, AFU 300, AFU 450, AFU 600, AFU 900, AFU 1200, AFU 1800.

Main characteristics:

  • A wide range of filters for different airflows and CBRN system sizes: AFU 36, AFU 180, AFU 240, AFU 300, AFU 450, AFU 600, AFU 900, AFU 1200, AFU 1800 and other sizes
