Why an expert assessment of the heating system is needed

For the most part, an expert assessment of heating systems is required upon application for a permit for use or at the request of the Rescue Board. Sometimes, an expert assessment is also asked to identify hidden shortcomings after a property purchase. It is therefore advisable to order an expert assessment before buying the property in order to get an overview of the state of the heating system and the heating furnaces. This avoids potential problems that may arise later after the conclusion of the buy-to-let agreement. Situations where a residential building is purchased in spring and flaws in the heating system only occur at the beginning of the heating period are particularly difficult.
