The fire safety report of self-inspection shall be submitted with the data of the previous calendar year no later than 31. By March to the Rescue Boardsafety Portalfor buildings where: 

  • kindergartens; 
  • schools; 
  • accommodation establishments; 
  • medical and welfare institutions; 
  • shopping centres; 
  • high-rise buildings; 
  • institutions providing vital or utility services; 
  • industrial and warehouse buildings of enterprises with major hazard and buildings with fire hazard classes 2 and 3 of dangerous enterprises with an area exceeding 1000 m ²; 
  • industrial and storage buildings of fire hazard classes 2 and 3 with a surface area exceeding 1000 m ², the utility network or processes of which are related to a dangerous or major-accident enterprise, with the exception of fruit dryers.

Description

Self-control means the obligation of a person to inspect an immovable, building, room, equipment in his or her possession, the safety and conformity of the use thereof. 

Requirements for self-inspection of fire safety and fire safety report have been established by the Minister of the InteriorRegulation No 1. Buildings for which fire safety report must be submitted are listed in the same RegulationAnnex 2. Private residences, apartments, smaller institutions and businesses do not have to submit fire safety reports.
