SHEQ representative The (Safety, Health, Environment, quality) service is designed to support a team of a company or organization that must have at least one of the following:

  • working environment specialist;
  • work Environment Commissioner;

Our external specialist supports and represents the customer to the extent and under the conditions agreed in advance. With a cooperation agreement of at least 12 months, it is possible to assign the representative a job title which is compatible with the client's structure and the right of representation of the supervisory board (Tööinspektsioon, Päästeamet, etc.). The customer pays for the consulting service based on the current hourly rate.

The price of the service includes 1 hour of specialist work during which further organisation-based activity is mapped and valued according to the actual work volume.

Work Environment specialist the task is to organise the company's occupational health and safety activities in accordance with the requirements of the legislation – for example, carrying out a risk assessment or selecting working environment commissioners. In any company, regardless of its size, must be a working environment specialist, unless the employer himself is the sole contractor of the undertaking.

Work Environment Commissioner is an employee representative on health and safety at work who helps to highlight and communicate problems in the working environment to the employer. The existence of a working environment representative is presumed in a company that employs 10 or more employees.

Working Environment Council is a cooperation body to be formed in larger enterprises that resolves employees and employers in collaboration business health and safety issues. The Working Environment Council shall be formed in enterprises employing: 150 or more employees, the Council shall include: equally representatives of both employers and employees. The number of members of the working environment Council depends on the enterprise and is up to the employer, minimum membership of the supervisory board 4 members (including 2 employers and 2 employees' representatives).
