The purpose of the risk analysis audit is to identify and evaluate changes in the risks in the working environment. The audit shall be carried out in cooperation with the client and only the parties necessary for carrying out the audit shall be involved. We will carry out the audit in stages:
- access to risk analysis;
- gathering information on the working environment, the working process and employees;
- identification of occupational hazards;
- risk assessment relating to risk factors;
- assessment of activities to eliminate or reduce risk;
- documentation of risk assessment.
It is reasonable to carry out a risk analysis audit whenever processes, activities or sites change within an organisation. The external auditor is independent and his involvement provides greater added value to the organisation's sector-specific team.

The price of the service includes 1 hour of specialist work during which further activity is mapped and valued according to the actual work volume.
The risk assessment and the action plan shall be reviewed at least once a year.
An employer shall update the risk assessment of the working environment if:
- the working conditions or working environment have changed significantly;
- the tools or technology have been changed or upgraded;
- new data have emerged on the impact of the hazard on human health;
- as a result of an accident or a dangerous situation, the level of risk has changed from the original
- an occupational health doctor has identified an illness related to the employee's work during a health check.
The risk assessment shall also be updated if the Labour Inspector has established during the monitoring that the risk assessment has not sufficiently assessed the risks in the working environment, including the parameters of the hazards, or that no measures have been taken to mitigate the hazards.
In assessing the risks to the company with so-called own forces, teamwork is a priority: there is not such a universal person who knows all the work processes and can analyse them from the point of view of the hazards. The outsourcing of the service again provides assurance that the analysis will be carried out by a specialist familiar with the risk assessment and documentation methodology. A specialist may also, as a bystander, find or be able to analyse sources of danger that prima facie do not stand out at all. The best option is to assess risks in cooperation between the service provider and the employer/company representative. In this way, the heads assemble two experts who know the work of their company and its specificities, the methodology of risk assessment and are able to provide a more objective assessment of the risks.

The possibility of time-critical or time-sensitive transportation depends on the location of the delivery and the exact terms and conditions of the service must be agreed in advance.
